Language

All courses are offered entirely in English.

Duration

Graduate Certificate programs take one academic year of 1 to 4 quarters to complete, for a total of 3 to 12 months of part-time studies. Courses are organized from Monday to Friday, starting at 9am at the earliest and ending at 9pm at the latest. (*)

Starting dates

Because of the modular design and flexibility of the program, students can start their studies in October, November, January, February, April, May, July, and August. Please check our academic calendar for the exact starting dates.

Courses

Two types of courses are offered: Core Courses and Orientation Courses. Electives can be Core Courses, Orientation Courses or Language Courses. Language Courses are offered each academic year for the undergraduate students at the beginner, intermediate and advanced level.

Requirements

  • 6 or more Electives

Students can continue with or switch to a full-time or part-time Master program, respectively after or during their Graduate Certificate program.

Intensiveness

  • Depending on their interest in the courses offered, students can opt to complete the program in 1, 2, 3 or 4 quarters. The standard duration is 3 quarters or 9 months.
  • By completing the program in 1 or 2 quarters, the program will be more intensive (more courses per quarter and more class/study hours per week). The total duration will be 3 or 6 months.
  • By completing the program in 4 quarters, the program will be slightly less intensive (slightly less courses per quarter and slightly less class/study hours per week). The total duration will be 12 months.
  • Depending on their interest, students can also take additional courses (more than the 6 required), resulting in a more intensive program.

Options

The Dual Graduate Certificate program allows students to combine any two Graduate Certificate programs by adding 6 additional courses to their program (i.e. 12 required courses instead of 6 required courses).

(e.g. a Graduate Certificate in Business Studies in combination with a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management)

The Internship option (*) encourages students to put their skills and knowledge into practice. Several internships are offered by the school's corporate partners. Students are, of course, also free to find an internship on their own, either local or abroad. Upon successful completion of the internship, 2 credits are awarded as a substitute for an elective course.
